📝 Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Operations Representative, you will:
- Monitor and manage work queues, ensuring timely routing of inquiries.
- Provide client and insurance company support via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot payer enrollments, user access, invoicing, and general queries.
- Assist clients with user account management and permissions.
- Facilitate payer enrollments for EDI transactions and resolve denials.
- Document enrollment processes, timelines, and requirements.
- Communicate escalated issues to management.
- Support Operations Analysts with client requests.
- Participate in training sessions and client meetings.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate degree or equivalent (B.Sc., B.Pharm, or similar preferred).
- 0–3 years of healthcare or customer service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, EDI, X12 transactions is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly.
