🔑 Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Project Support at IQVIA, you will:
- Manage site and user imports/updates.
- Coordinate shipment of PIN envelopes and study-specific user guides.
- Provide administrative support to Team Leads and Managers.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and timelines.
- Create Site and User Support Requests (SUSR) and templates for new studies.
- Perform post-reviews on data change requests.
- Create Text IDs for translations and coordinate with vendors.
- Import translated files, sync with servers, and manage purchase orders.
- Provide regular reporting updates to stakeholders.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
To qualify, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma.
- 1–2 years’ experience in clinical research, administrative support, or project management.
- Exposure to customer service environments.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office & basic SQL.
- Familiarity with tools like Dictionary Trackers, Dictionary Diff (preferred).
