Clinical Affairs Associate / Senior Associate
Responsibilities
- Clinical Research & Evidence Translation: Synthesize guidelines from ICMR, WHO, and ADA to create care pathways and decision trees for AI agents.
- AI Agent Design & Prompt Engineering: Develop clinically validated AI agents for diagnostics, risk stratification, nutrition, and mental health screening.
- Validation & Quality Control: Ensure AI output safety and accuracy through scenario audits and workflow refinement.
- Documentation & Research: Contribute to white papers, SOPs, and clinical knowledge bases.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, data science, and regulatory teams to innovate in obesity care and mental health triage.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years in clinical affairs, digital health, or AI-healthcare roles with clinical workflow experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s in MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BPT, or Nursing. Master’s in Public Health, Health Informatics, or Clinical Research is a plus.
- Skills: Knowledge of clinical guidelines, structured knowledge representation, and prompt engineering.
AI & Data Science
Responsibilities
- AI/ML Model Development: Design and deploy machine learning and large language models (LLMs) for healthcare solutions.
- Data Analysis & Preprocessing: Handle data collection, cleaning, and exploratory analysis for modeling.
- Model Evaluation & Validation: Assess model performance using relevant metrics and comprehensive testing.
- Collaboration: Work with data engineers, software developers, and domain experts to deliver impactful solutions.
- Healthcare Knowledge (Optional): Background in healthcare or medical imaging is a plus.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years as an AI researcher/engineer or in a data science role.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face; experience with CNNs, transformers, and multimodal AI. Familiarity with TensorRT and NVIDIA Triton Server is a plus.
