Job Opportunities at JAMP Pharma
1. Production – Nasal (Manager, 1 Position)
Responsibilities:
- Author and review validation/qualification protocols for production equipment.
- Monitor and ensure timely execution of production equipment qualifications (RQs).
- Handle investigations during performance qualifications (PQs).
- Author operational SOPs and ensure compliance with GMP standards.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
- 10–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical validation and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of GMP documentation and production processes.
2. Production – Nasal and Ophthalmic (Operator: 9 Positions, Senior Officer/Executive: 3 Positions)
Responsibilities:
- Operate Nasal/Ophthalmic filling lines, manufacturing vessels, and packing machines.
- Execute GMP documents, including BMRs, logbooks, and protocols.
- Operate equipment like NVPC machines and filter integrity machines.
- Work in shifts as per business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
- 2–7 years of experience in Nasal/Ophthalmic manufacturing.
- Familiarity with cleanroom operations and GMP practices.
3. Quality Control – Nasal (Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager, 1 Position)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee QC testing and analysis of Nasal formulations.
- Manage OOS/OOT, deviations, and lab incident investigations.
- Ensure calibration, qualification, and data integrity compliance.
- Handle USFDA, EU GMP, and customer audits.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
- 15–20 years of experience in quality control for Nasal formulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
4. Quality Assurance – IPQA & QMS – Nasal (Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, 2 Positions)
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process quality assurance (IPQA) for Nasal product manufacturing.
- Conduct process validation and cleaning validation.
- Review batch records, handle deviations, and manage change control.
- Ensure GMP and data integrity compliance.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
- 5–10 years of experience in IPQA and QMS for Nasal formulations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
5. Quality Assurance – QMS – Nasal/Ophthalmic (Officer/Executive, 5 Positions)
Responsibilities:
- Execute in-process checks, line clearance, and BMR/BPR reviews.
- Manage GMP documentation, deviations, and batch record compliance.
- Monitor cleanroom operations and environmental conditions.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
- 2–5 years of experience in QMS for Nasal/Ophthalmic products.
- Attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
6. Quality Control – Nasal (Executive/Senior Executive, 2 Positions)
Responsibilities:
- Perform testing using Spraytec 4.0, Anderson Cascade Impactor, and Malvern Morphology G3/G4-ID.
- Test raw materials, finished products, and stability samples.
- Conduct method validation, calibration, and OOS/OOT investigations.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
- 5–8 years of experience in Nasal formulation testing.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
7. F&D – R&D – Nasal (Executive/Senior Executive: 1 Position, Manager/Senior Manager: 1 Position)
Responsibilities:
- Develop Nasal formulations for regulatory markets using QbD principles.
- Prepare PDR and technology transfer documents.
- Optimize formulation processes and interpret analytical data.
Qualifications:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
- 2–12 years of experience in Nasal formulation development.
