Position 2: Associate HR – Compliance
Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance with labor laws at project sites.
- Ensure proper maintenance of registers, records, and submission of returns for all contractors.
- Conduct regular audits of service providers to ensure compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualification: BBM, BBA, B.Com, MBA, or MSW
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience.
