This hiring drive targets skilled professionals with hands-on experience in eCRF design, edit checks, database validation, and study support across Phase I–IV clinical trials.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain clinical databases using Medidata Rave EDC
- Create and review eCRFs, annotations, and database specifications
- Develop and test edit checks and custom functions
- Perform clinical database validation per SOPs and regulatory standards
- Support database build, UAT, Go-Live, and database lock activities
- Collaborate with Data Management, Biostatistics, and Clinical Operations teams
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, CDISC, and regulatory guidelines
- Provide ongoing study support and resolve data discrepancies
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field - Experience:
✅ 3–12+ years in Clinical Database Design or Clinical DB Validation
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Rave EDC
✅ Proven expertise in eCRF design, edit checks, and database validation - Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of clinical trial lifecycle
- Familiarity with FDA, EMA, and global regulatory expectations
- Strong documentation and communication skills
