The Clinical Project Coordinator will support the Project Leader (PL) and Clinical Project Manager (CPM) in managing clinical trial activities, ensuring compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and SOPs. The role involves document management, tracking project metrics, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
โ Project Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain project files, records, and reports perย SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Assist inย auditing filesย for accuracy and completeness.
โ Coordination & Tracking
- Manageย study-specific eTrainingย and compliance tracking.
- Updateย internal systems, databases, and project timelines.
โ Reporting & Financial Support
- Prepareย status reports, budget tracking, and invoice approvals.
- Monitorย project dashboardsย and escalate discrepancies.
โ Meeting & Communication Management
- Organizeย internal/customer meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in preparingย presentation materials and project summaries.
โ Team Support
- Coordinateย onboarding of new team membersย and system access.
- Train and mentorย junior project support staff.
Eligibility & Qualifications

Education: Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences or related field.

Experience:
- 2-5 yearsย in clinical research/project coordination.
- Knowledge ofย GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial regulations.
โ ย Skills Required: - Strongย communication (written & verbal).
- Problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management.
- Proficiency inย MS Office and project management tools.
