Key Responsibilities
- Conduct vendor quality assessments, audits, and compliance reviews
- Ensure adherence to GxP regulations and applicable global regulatory guidelines
- Manage and track CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) activities
- Review quality documentation and maintain accurate audit records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Support vendor qualification, monitoring, and performance improvement
- Utilize eQMS (Electronic Quality Management Systems) for quality processes
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, audits, compliance, or clinical research
- Strong understanding of GxP principles (ICH, FDA, EMA guidelines)
- Hands-on experience with CAPA methodologies
- Exposure to eQMS tools (preferred)
- Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams
