💼 Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end pharmacovigilance case processing (ICSRs)
- Handle adverse event reporting (serious & non-serious cases)
- Conduct case intake, triage, data entry, and medical coding (MedDRA/WHO-DD)
- Ensure compliance with global PV regulations (ICH, GVP guidelines)
- Perform quality checks and case follow-ups
- Maintain accuracy and timelines in safety database systems (Argus/ArisG)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for case resolution
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Sciences / Pharm.D
- Experience: 1–3 years in pharmacovigilance or drug safety
- Strong knowledge of:
- ICSR processing
- MedDRA coding
- PV workflows and regulatory compliance
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Experience with safety databases (preferred)
