💼 Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end pharmacovigilance case processing (ICSRs)
• Handle adverse event reporting (serious & non-serious cases)
• Conduct case intake, triage, data entry, and medical coding (MedDRA/WHO-DD)
• Ensure compliance with global PV regulations (ICH, GVP guidelines)
• Perform quality checks and case follow-ups
• Maintain accuracy and timelines in safety database systems (Argus/ArisG)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for case resolution

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Sciences / Pharm.D
• Experience: 1–3 years in pharmacovigilance or drug safety
• Strong knowledge of:
  • ICSR processing
  • MedDRA coding
  • PV workflows and regulatory compliance
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Experience with safety databases (preferred)
