IQVIA is seeking an Intern/Analyst to join our BAaaS (Business Analytics as a Service) team. This role is crucial in delivering key projects with a strong focus on data accuracy, cleaning, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in data processing, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection:Â Gather and compile data from multiple sources.
- Data Cleaning:Â Ensure high-quality data by identifying and correcting errors.
- Data Analysis:Â Apply statistical methods to derive meaningful insights.
- Reporting & Visualization:Â Create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.
- Research & Trend Analysis:Â Identify patterns and industry trends.
- Documentation:Â Maintain clear records of methodologies and findings.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:Â Work with teams to understand data requirements.
- Presentation:Â Effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background
- B.Tech, BS, Business Administration, Statistics, B.Pharma, M.Pharma
- Post-Graduation in relevant fields is a plus.
Technical & Soft Skills
✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
✅ Tech Skills: Power BI (PBI), SQL, Python (added advantage)
✅ Understanding of database concepts
✅ Excellent communication (written & verbal)

✅ Ability to work in a global, matrix environment
✅ Fast learner with a customer-centric approach
Preferred Experience
- Prior exposure to pharmaceutical analytics, consulting, or KPO
- Knowledge of healthcare/pharma industry terminologies
