Job Responsibilities:
Job Overview:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single/multi-service projects.
- Ensure quality deliverables on time and within budget, to customer satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive data management expertise to the DM team.
- Lead the team in project planning, execution, and close-out.
- Oversee financial management for data management activities.
- Handle communications and milestone deliverables.
- Perform the role of Data Team Lead (DTL).
Essential Functions:
- Gather Study Set up requirements through discussions with relevant stakeholders.
- Support and oversee the validation of new Device integrations.
- Perform regular data cleaning activities to ensure clean data with quality and timely deliverables.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Ensure services and quality meet agreed timelines and deliverables in contract/Scope of Work (SOW).
- Support training of new joiners.
- Lead internal study meetings, sponsor audits, and participate in Study Kickoff meetings and other sponsor meetings.
- Track and manage projects, oversee project progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions as required.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of new technology/database revisions.
- Work closely with the programming team for process innovation and automation.
- Comply with training and eSOP reading.
- Provide review and expert opinions in developing, revising, and maintaining core operating procedures and working instructions.
- Maintain collaborative communication with Line Manager and other team members across functions.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Line Manager.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent preferred.
- Experience:
- 3-4 years of direct Data Management experience.
- Minimum of 1 year as a CDM project lead preferred.
- Skills:
- English Fluency (Spoken and Advanced).
- Advanced skills in computer applications like Microsoft Excel, Word, and Inbox.
- Advanced understanding of the Drug Development lifecycle and overall Clinical Research process.
