Key Responsibilities โ Healthcare Strategy Consulting Role
1. Strategy & Problem Solving
- Break down complex healthcare business problems into structured frameworks
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis for strategic insights
- Develop hypothesis-driven approaches and deliver actionable solutions
2. Project Management & Delivery
- Own end-to-end consulting workstreams
- Deliver high-quality client-ready presentations (PowerPoint), dashboards, and reports
- Ensure timely delivery with strong quality control
3. Healthcare Market & Industry Analysis
- Analyze healthcare trends, regulatory changes, and life sciences developments
- Work on projects like:
- Market entry strategy
- Pricing & market access
- Cost optimization
- Operating model redesign
4. Client Engagement
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather requirements
- Translate insights into business strategies for healthcare clients
- Build long-term client relationships
5. Team Leadership
- Guide junior consultants and review outputs
- Support proposal development and consulting practice growth
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Bachelorโs / Masterโs degree in:
- Business (MBA โ Tier 1 preferred)
- Medicine / Life Sciences / Healthcare
- Experience in:
- Healthcare consulting / strategy consulting / healthcare analytics
- Strong skills in:
- Problem-solving & structured thinking
- Slide creation & storytelling
- Data analysis & insights generation
- Ability to:
- Manage ambiguity
- Lead workstreams and teams
- Travel as per project requirements
