Key Responsibilities of the Safety Associate Trainee

As a Safety Associate Trainee at IQVIA, your primary role will involve:

• Assisting in the collection, assessment, and reporting of adverse events in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Supporting the pharmacovigilance team in ensuring that drug safety protocols and processes are adhered to.
• Participating in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to pharmacovigilance activities.
• Engaging in the review of medical and clinical data to identify safety signals and trends.
• Collaborating with team members to enhance data quality and accuracy in reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Educational Background: Candidates must be recent graduates (freshers only) with an M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or PharmD degree.
• Location: The positions are office-based in Kochi and Kolkata. Preference is given to local candidates who can work on-site.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance processes and clinical research concepts.
