Job Description:
As an Analytics Associate at 159 Solutions, you will play a key role in analyzing healthcare data and creating solutions to address complex business challenges. You will work across various practice areas, including promotion response modeling, patient claims analytics, sales force strategy, incentive compensation, and business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and analyze large-scale healthcare datasets using tools like Alteryx, SQL, and other database management systems.
- Design custom solutions to uncover insights and solve client problems.
- Develop actionable recommendations and create compelling PowerPoint presentations or online visualizations (e.g., Tableau, QlikView, Sisense) to communicate results to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn new skills and share knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline OR
- MSc/BSc/B.Pharma from top-tier institutions (e.g., IIT/NIT).
