IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research services and healthcare intelligence, is inviting applications for the Project Coord 1 position in Bangalore, India. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a Life Sciences or Pharma background to start or advance their career in clinical research project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator (Project Coord 1) at IQVIA, your daily tasks will include:
- Data Changes (50%): Draft and manage data change requests, coordinate implementation, and ensure closure.
- Maintenance Tasks (30%): Resolve tickets, investigate issues, and escalate where required. Provide SCR and reconciliation support.
- Documentation (15%): Draft study-specific user guides, prepare IM slides, and update communications.
- Closeout Tasks (5%): Conduct study closeout checks, download reports, and maintain records in SharePoint.
- Adhoc Tasks: Perform additional duties as per business needs.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong customer service mindset with accountability.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal).
- Team player with ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn technical systems quickly.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Eligibility – Which Degrees Can Apply?

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Clinical Research, Chemistry, or related fields)
- Computer Science / Information Systems (for data management background)
- Any relevant graduation in Pharma, Science, or IT with clinical research exposure
