Key Responsibilities
As a Business Operations Analyst, you will:

- Assist project teams in drafting and aligning contract terms and conditions.
- Prepare, review, and finalize contracts under supervision.
- Support customer interactions for small-size projects.
- Maintain and update contract databases and files.
- Engage with internal teams to structure accurate budgets per work order/change order.
- Lead internal calls to interpret customer requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure contract alignment with Work Orders or Master Service Agreements.
- Conduct quality control checks on documents before final delivery.
- Prepare tracking reports and maintain corporate systems.
- Act as a primary interface for new award contracts and execution plans.
- Participate in customer meetings when required.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the CRO industry, contracts, and protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, especially costing models.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication (written & verbal).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, managers, and clients.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Degree in Life Science, Pharma, or any related scientific field.
- Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in Contracts, Clinical Research, or Business Operations.
