Responsibilities
As a Biostatistics Technician at IQVIA, your role will include:
- Production of High-Quality Deliverables: Complete assignments on time with precision, following project lead instructions.
- Timelines & Communication: Attend internal project meetings, provide timely updates, and highlight any risks to project delivery.
- Technology Utilization: Work with biostatistical tools and industry-standard software.
- Dataset Management: Program datasets to industry standards under supervision.
- Tables, Listings, and Figures (TLFs): Program and check TLFs for content consistency and accuracy.
- Documentation: Assist in preparing and reviewing statistical analysis plans, data reviews, and project documentation.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and communicate with the project lead.
Qualifications
- Active enrollment in a biostatistics or related field degree program.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines.
- Familiarity with statistical methods for clinical trials.
- Strong SAS programming skills or willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team.
