🔑 Key Responsibilities – UAT Testing & Execution
As part of the IQVIA Cenduit team, you will be responsible for:
- Writing UAT scenarios, scripts, and test plans as per client guidelines
- Setting up UAT databases and performing dry runs
- Coordinating UAT execution, issue tracking, and resolution
- Supporting study go-live activities
- Reviewing Client Data Transfer Specifications
- Authoring Cenduit Data Transfer Specifications (DTS)
- Completing PM-related parameter checklists
- Reviewing and signing off validation documentation
- Leading problem-solving and issue escalation activities
- Managing SCR (System Change Request) processes
- Developing study data reports for internal use
Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinating translation activities (text ID creation, packaging, upload)
- Collaborating cross-functionally on process improvement initiatives
- Supporting SOP writing and review
- Assisting in training material development
- Delivering training sessions for project support staff
- Ensuring on-time, quality deliverables aligned with SOPs and budgets
🎓 Qualifications & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, IT, or related field)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in UAT, BA, or clinical systems
- Experience with EDC or IVRS systems (preferred)
- Exposure to clinical drug development or software project management
- Working knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, or Business Objects (preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to quality and compliance
