Key Responsibilities
- Review, process, and assess safety data in compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Handle adverse event (AE) tracking, medical coding, and narrative writing.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely case processing.
- Perform pharmacovigilance activities such as literature monitoring and safety database entry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — project management, data management, and medical monitoring.
- Support departmental initiatives and compliance audits.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure 100% adherence to training SOPs.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
- 1 – 3 years of pharmacovigilance, safety, or clinical operations experience.
- Strong attention to detail and medical terminology knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety databases.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

🧭 2. Manager, Safety Operations Team – Pune, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of safety operations professionals.
- Oversee PV case processing and ensure compliance with global standards.
- Conduct team meetings to review project timelines, performance, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with leadership to plan staffing, technology, and workload allocation.
- Support audits, inspections, and business development (RFI/RFP) processes.
- Monitor project finances, including forecasting and risk management.
- Drive operational excellence and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- Up to 7 years of experience, including 4 years in pharmacovigilance and 3 years in people management.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
