Job Description

1. Operations Specialist 1 – Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, assess, and process safety data (Adverse Events, ADRs) from various sources.
• Perform Pharmacovigilance (PV) activities including case processing, database entry, coding, and narrative writing.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements (SOPs, ICH-GCP, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, data management, project management).
• Support training and mentoring for junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience (including up to 1 year in Pharmacovigilance).
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, Microsoft Office, and safety databases.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

2. Operations Specialist 2 – Thane

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex safety data processing and decision-making activities.
• Oversee expedited regulatory reporting (CIOMS, MedWatch, E2B).
• Mentor junior team members and assist in process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, global regulations, and project timelines.
• Support Risk Management, Safety Surveillance, and Medical Information tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience (including 3+ years in Pharmacovigilance).
• Expertise in safety databases, regulatory reporting, and medical review.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
