Job Description
1. Operations Specialist 1 – Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, assess, and process safety data (Adverse Events, ADRs) from various sources.
- Perform Pharmacovigilance (PV) activities including case processing, database entry, coding, and narrative writing.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements (SOPs, ICH-GCP, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, data management, project management).
- Support training and mentoring for junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience (including up to 1 year in Pharmacovigilance).
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, Microsoft Office, and safety databases.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
2. Operations Specialist 2 – Thane
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex safety data processing and decision-making activities.
- Oversee expedited regulatory reporting (CIOMS, MedWatch, E2B).
- Mentor junior team members and assist in process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, global regulations, and project timelines.
- Support Risk Management, Safety Surveillance, and Medical Information tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience (including 3+ years in Pharmacovigilance).
- Expertise in safety databases, regulatory reporting, and medical review.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
