Key Responsibilities
As a Marketed Product Safety Specialist II at IQVIA, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and preparing pharmacovigilance agreements (PVAs) for assigned customers.
- Preparing and maintaining Pharmacovigilance System Master Files (PSMFs).
- Acting as Deputy EU-QPPV under direct supervision.
- Collaborating with project teams to determine appropriate safety terms and conditions.
- Reviewing PSMFs and safety agreements prepared by other specialists.
- Managing client relationships for large and complex pharmacovigilance projects.
- Providing input into project plans, budgets, and safety documentation.
- Mentoring and training junior team members on safety documentation best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations and company SOPs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences).
- 3+ years of experience in Lifecycle Safety (Pharmacovigilance, CEVA, Medical Information, Safety Publishing, or Risk Management).
- Strong knowledge of global pharmacovigilance processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
