Key Responsibilities

As a Sr IPT Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide project and technical support across multiple business initiatives.
  • Deliver responsive, high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
  • Identify and report quality issues, assisting in the creation of corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation processes.
  • Maintain accurate system documentation, process maps, and SOP compliance.
  • Support change management and advocate for process improvements.
  • Provide Level 1 application support in collaboration with IT and product support teams.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or IT).

Experience:

  • 0.6–1 year of relevant experience preferred (freshers may also apply).

Technical Skills:

  • Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and/or Siebel CTMS is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
