IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research and healthcare intelligence, is seeking a Data Team Lead to manage end-to-end clinical data management (CDM) projects in Kochi, India. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with strong project management and data management expertise to lead teams, ensure timely deliverables, and contribute to advancing clinical drug development.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Team Lead (DTL), you will:
- Serve as the primary client contact for data management deliverables and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead CDM projects with minimal guidance, managing resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.
- Support Data Operations teams and provide technical expertise for single/multi-service projects.
- Oversee the full DM life-cycle, including SAE reconciliation, external vendor coordination, and laboratory data management.
- Implement proactive quality management plans and resolve service or compliance issues.
- Assist in financial management, including budget tracking, change order management, and revenue recognition.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, new technology implementation, and best practice sharing.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Health, Clinical, Biological, or Mathematical Sciences (or related field).
- Experience: 1–2 years of direct CDM experience; minimum 6 months as a CDM Project Lead preferred.
- Technical Skills: Comprehensive understanding of clinical drug development, medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy, physiology, GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Soft Skills: Excellent project management, problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
