Job 1: Business Operations Analyst – Ahmedabad
Job Description
As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting IQVIA’s global sales team by developing and preparing budgets and proposals for assigned customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing Requests for Proposal (RFP) and collaborating with the proposal development team to finalize proposals.
- Preparing proposal text, budgets, and related documents for new bids and rebids.
- Ensuring accurate scope of work and budget alignment.
- Participating in strategy calls to understand customer requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Performing quality control edits on documents and maintaining corporate databases.
- Supporting departmental initiatives and contributing to process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in proposal development or a similar role.
- Knowledge of the CRO industry and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret RFPs and protocols effectively.
