IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research and healthcare intelligence, is seeking a Clinical Supply Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the timely delivery of clinical trial supplies, including Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs) and Non-Investigational Medicinal Products (NIMPs), to clinical sites. The Clinical Supply Coordinator will work closely with the Clinical Supply Chain Manager to manage inventory, forecast drug demand, coordinate packaging campaigns, and implement effective distribution strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure the timely delivery of clinical trial supplies to the right locations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and update Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems to manage study inventory effectively.
- Packaging Support: Assist in planning and executing packaging campaigns with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
- Vendor Management: Manage Work Orders, Change Orders, and Purchase Orders in collaboration with the Clinical Supply Chain Manager.
- Budget Tracking: Support budget tracking activities to ensure projects align with client-approved quotations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with GxP and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation: Create and update SOPs, Project Instructions, and Work Instructions.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between vendors and IQVIA, including capturing meeting minutes.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Clinical Trial Supplies team, including monitoring shared mailboxes and managing temperature excursion reports.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in clinical trials, pharmacy, or related fields (preferred but not essential).
- 1-3 years of experience in clinical supplies, including supply chain, packaging, distribution, or IRT functions (preferred but not essential).
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
