Key Responsibilities
The Associate Clinical Data Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Performing clinical data cleaning activities to ensure accurate and high-quality study datasets
- Assisting Data Managers in clinical data management projects according to sponsor requirements
- Supporting clinical trial data validation and query management
- Acting as backup support to Senior Data Coordinator or Data Team Lead
- Tracking study progress and identifying risks in data management processes
- Participating in internal study meetings and sponsor audits
- Ensuring compliance with SOPs, eSOP training, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, study sites, and sponsors
- Reporting data quality issues and task updates to the Data Team Lead
