As an IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) Officer, you will ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards in API manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Plant Rounds: Monitor production operations for quality compliance.
✔ Document Review: Check BMRs (Batch Manufacturing Records), BCRs (Batch Cleaning Records), and analysis reports before API release.
✔ Sampling & Maintenance: Collect API samples, maintain records, and ensure cleanliness of sampling tools.
✔ Line Clearance: Verify equipment and area cleanliness during product changeover.
✔ Documentation Control: Maintain and review records of intermediates/finished APIs.
✔ Handling Retained Samples: Manage controlled/retained samples of APIs and KSMs.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Education: B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry, Pharma) or B.Pharm
✅ Experience: Prior exposure to pharma QA/QC is preferred.
✅ Skills: Strong documentation, GMP knowledge, and attention to detail.
