📋 Key Responsibilities
As an IPQA Fresher at Therdose Pharma, your core responsibilities will include:
- Conducting In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities during manufacturing and packing operations.
- Performing line clearance for manufacturing and packing areas.
- Monitoring and maintaining environmental conditions as per QA protocols.
- Sampling and verification of batch materials during processing.
- Reviewing and maintaining in-process records, logbooks, and documentation.
- Coordinating effectively with QA, QC, and Production departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensuring strict compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
🎓 Required Qualifications
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc (Chemistry)
- Good understanding of QA concepts and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
