Key Responsibilities – QA Executive (IPQA & Validation)

• Execute In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities during manufacturing operations
• Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packing Records (BPRs)
• Perform and document process validation, cleaning validation, and equipment qualification
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
• Support deviation handling, CAPA implementation, and change control processes
• Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections
• Maintain and strengthen the Quality Management System (QMS)

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical QA (IPQA & Validations)
• Sound knowledge of GMP, validation protocols, and regulatory documentation
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment

• Estimated Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum (CTC), depending on experience and skill set
