Key Responsibilities – QA Executive (IPQA & Validation)
- Execute In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities during manufacturing operations
- Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packing Records (BPRs)
- Perform and document process validation, cleaning validation, and equipment qualification
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
- Support deviation handling, CAPA implementation, and change control processes
- Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections
- Maintain and strengthen the Quality Management System (QMS)
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical QA (IPQA & Validations)
- Sound knowledge of GMP, validation protocols, and regulatory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment
Salary & Benefits
- Estimated Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum (CTC), depending on experience and skill set
