Job Description
Ipca Laboratories, a leading name in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is conducting a walk-in interview for freshers at its Athal Plant (Silvassa). This is an excellent opportunity for B.Pharma graduates and ITI candidates to join as Apprentices/Trainees in the Production Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and supervise compression, granulation, and coating machines (e.g., Fette, Glatt, Ganson, Imprinting).
- Ensure adherence to GMP and safety protocols in tablet and capsule manufacturing.
- Assist in production processes under expert supervision.
- Work in shift duties as required.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Pharma (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
- ITI (Any Trade)
- Experience: Freshers preferred (no prior experience required).
- Age Limit: As per company apprenticeship norms.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Must not have appeared for an Ipca interview in the last 6 months.
