Key Responsibilities (Department-wise)
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Handle instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and dissolution
- Prepare and review SOPs, specifications, and stability reports
- Ensure compliance with GLP and regulatory guidelines
Production
- Operate granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and packing lines
- Execute batch manufacturing as per BMR/BPR
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and maintain cGMP standards
- Monitor yield and productivity parameters
Engineering
- Handle preventive & breakdown maintenance of pharma equipment
- Perform calibration and qualification of machines (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Manage utilities (HVAC, water system, compressed air)
- Support plant engineering projects and CAPA implementation
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 4 to 6 years in pharmaceutical formulation/API manufacturing
- Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate
- Candidates currently working or immediately available are preferred
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary package in the range of ₹4.5 Lakhs to ₹8.5 Lakhs per annum (based on experience & department)
