Engineering & Production Department
- Location: Ipca Laboratories Ltd., Wardha (MH)
- Monthly Stipend:
- Graduate (B.Sc / B.Com / BA): ₹12,300
- Diploma: ₹10,900
- ITI: ₹9,600
- Remarks: For immediate joiners only
Career Progression: Upon successful completion of training, selected candidates will be absorbed at various Ipca Laboratories locations as per company skills and will be entitled to a gross salary of ₹18,350 or more for Wardha and ₹14,900 or more for Indore.

Roles and Responsibilities
As a fresher in Quality Control or Engineering & Production, you will:
- Undergo comprehensive training to understand pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Assist in quality assurance, testing, and compliance activities (Quality Control)
- Support production operations, engineering maintenance, and process optimization (Engineering & Production)
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Contribute to team goals in a dynamic, GMP-compliant environment
