Ipca Laboratories is inviting applications for the following roles at its Athal (Silvassa) location:
- Trainee Analyst – Quality Control Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharm Experience: 0-1 years Key Responsibilities: Handling and reviewing documents related to instruments, AOA (Analysis of Active), lab operations.
- Jr. Officer / Officer / Sr. Officer – Quality Assurance Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc Experience: 0-12 years (preference for experience in operating and supervising Compression, Granulation, Coating, etc.) Key Responsibilities: Experience in IPAQA, supervising manufacturing processes, batch documentation.
- Technician / Supervisor – Production Qualification: ITI / 12th Experience: 0-12 years Key Responsibilities: Operating equipment like Compression, Coating, Granulation, Capsule, etc.
- Jr. Officer / Officer / Sr. Officer – Technology Transfer Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc Experience: 0-8 years Key Responsibilities: Preparing scale-up reports, optimization protocols, process validation, trial batch reports, stability studies.
- Technician / Supervisor – Packing Qualification: ITI / 12th Experience: 0-12 years Key Responsibilities: Handling CAM, IMA, Blister, CVC, Cartonator machines; documentation for packing department.
- Apprentice – Production & Packing Qualification: Diploma / ITI / 12th Experience: Freshers Key Responsibilities: Any ITI trade suitable for packing/production support.
- Apprentice – Engineering Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / ITI Experience: Freshers Key Responsibilities: Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Civil, or related fields.
Important Notes from the Company:
- Preference for candidates with exposure to regulated plants (USFDA, MHRA-approved) and openness to shift duties.
- Experience in tablets/capsule manufacturing is highly valued; syrup/injectables/gelatin experience may not be considered for certain QC/QA roles.
