The walk-in drive is scheduled for 2nd and 3rd January from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering roles in Quality Control, Production, Packing, and Engineering departments. Available Positions and Eligibility
Ipca is hiring for the following roles at its Athal-Silvassa formulation unit:
- Jr. Officer / Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive – Quality Control Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharm Experience: 0 to 15 Years Job Profile: Handling and reviewing documents related to instruments like HPLC Dissolution.
- Technician / Supervisor – Production Qualification: ITI / 12th / 10th Experience: 02-12 Years Job Profile: Experience in operating and supervising Compression, Granulation & Coating i.e. Fette, Glatt, Gansons, imprinting etc.
- Technician / Supervisor – Packing Qualification: ITI / 12th / 10th Experience: 02-12 Years Job Profile: Experience in operating and supervising CAM / IMA / Blister / CVC / Cartonator/ Documentation (QMS) for Packing Dept.
- Apprentice – Production & Packing Qualification: ITI / 12th Experience: Fresher Job Profile: Any ITI Trade.
- Apprentice – QC Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharm Experience: Fresher Job Profile: Chemistry / Pharmacy.
- Apprentice – Engineering Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / ITI / Diploma Experience: Fresher Job Profile: Maintenance / Electrical / Welder / Fitter / Instrumentation / RFM.
Roles and Responsibilities
Depending on the department, key responsibilities include:
- Operating and supervising pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment in compliance with cGMP standards.
- Handling quality control documentation, instrument operations (e.g., HPLC), and analytical testing.
- Ensuring smooth packing operations, including blister packing, cartonating, and QMS documentation.
- Performing maintenance and engineering tasks to support plant operations.
- Adhering to regulatory guidelines in a highly approved facility.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should have relevant educational backgrounds as listed above. Preference will be given to those with exposure to tablets and capsule manufacturing. Applicants must be willing to work in shifts and possess experience (where required) in regulated plants.
Note: Candidates who have appeared for an interview at Ipca Athal in the last six months are requested not to apply. M.Sc candidates will not be considered for QC Dpt.
