Roles and Responsibilities
Production / Packing
- Execute manufacturing operations as per SOP and GMP guidelines
- Operate and monitor equipment efficiently
- Handle granulation, compression, coating, blister packing, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
Engineering / Maintenance
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues
- Support installation, calibration, and validation activities
Freshers (Apprentice / Trainee)
- Assist in production, packing, QA/QC, or utility departments
- Learn and follow SOPs and GMP practices
- Support daily operational activities
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:
- 10th / 12th Pass
- ITI (relevant trades)
- Diploma (Engineering/Pharmacy)
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Science)
- B.Tech / BE
Experience Required:
- 0 to 12 years (Freshers can apply for trainee roles)
