Available Positions at Ipca Laboratories Indore API Plant
1. Technician – Chiller Plant (Engineering Department)
Key Responsibilities
- Daily operation and preventive maintenance of Chiller Plant
- Monitoring of temperature, pressure, pumps, and cooling towers
- Ensure 100% compliance with cGMP and safety standards
Qualification & Experience
- 12th / ITI / Diploma (Refrigeration & AC / Mechanical)
- Minimum 2 years experience in Chiller Plant (pharma/API preferred)
2. Officer / Chemist – Production (API)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day production activities as per SOP & BMR
- Monitoring of equipment and process parameters
- Support deviation investigation, change control, and CAPA
Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Minimum 2 years in API / Bulk drugs production
3. Technician – Production (API)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment: RMG, FBD, Multimill, Sifter, Blender, etc.
- Follow SOPs, safety, and cGMP guidelines strictly
Qualification & Experience
- 12th / ITI / Diploma in relevant field
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in API production
4. Sr. Officer / Officer – Quality Control (API)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform GC, HPLC, and wet chemical analysis as per STP
- Prepare & review analytical reports, COA, and stability data
- Handle QMS elements: OOS/OOT, deviations, change control
- Face internal & regulatory audits (WHO, MHRA, USFDA)
Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Minimum 4 years in QC – API (regulatory plant experience mandatory)
Preferred: Candidates with exposure in WHO, MHRA, USFDA approved API plants will be given preference.
