On 22 November 2025, Ipca is conducting a walk-in interview for Quality Assurance (QA) and In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) positions at Officer, Senior Officer, Executive, and Senior Executive levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle QMS documentation, change control, deviation, CAPA, and investigation
- Perform qualification and validation (equipment, process, cleaning)
- Conduct in-process quality assurance (IPQA) checks during manufacturing and packing
- Line clearance, sampling of in-process and finished products
- Review batch manufacturing and packing records
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in internal and external audits
Qualifications & Experience Required
- B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Pharm / M.Sc
- 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical formulation units
- Strong knowledge of QMS, documentation, validation, and IPQA activities
- Prior exposure to USFDA / MHRA / EU-GMP plants preferred
