Job Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (Officer/Executive)
- Conduct qualification, validation, and Quality Management System (QMS) activities.
- Oversee QA processes in microbiology, engineering, or IT sections.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
- Document and report quality assurance activities for audits.
Quality Control (Chemist/Officer)
- Perform chemical analysis, water testing, and LIMS operations.
- Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Maintain lab equipment and adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Document test results and report deviations promptly.
Production API (Technician/Officer)
- Operate and monitor API production processes.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in production.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production records.
Powder Processing Area (Technician/Officer)
- Handle powder processing operations and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.
- Support process optimization and maintain operational records.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues.
Qualifications
- Quality Assurance (Officer/Executive): M.Sc/M.Pharm/B.Pharm with 2-4 years (Officer) or 6-9 years (Executive) in QA-Micro, QA-Engg, QA-IT, Qualification, Validation, or QMS.
- Quality Control (Chemist/Officer): B.Pharm/B.Sc with 2-6 years in QC-Chemical, water section, or LIMS.
- Production API (Technician/Officer): 12th Pass/ITI/Diploma (Chemical)/B.Sc/M.Sc with 2-4 years in API production.
- Powder Processing Area (Technician/Officer): 12th Pass/ITI/Diploma (Chemical)/B.Sc/M.Sc with 2-4 years in powder processing.
- Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
