Key Responsibilities – Investigator Grants Specialist
1️⃣ RFP Budget Development & Grant Strategy
- Develop country-level and study-level investigator grant estimates
- Support competitive and compliant pricing strategies during RFP submissions
- Provide cost scenario modeling for strategic bid discussions
2️⃣ Protocol & Cost Analysis
- Analyze protocols to identify:
- Visit schedules
- Study complexity
- Cost drivers impacting site budgets
- Align pricing assumptions with operational feasibility
3️⃣ FMV & Benchmarking
- Perform Fair Market Value (FMV) assessments
- Apply internal benchmark data for competitive investigator grant positioning
- Support bid clarification and client negotiations
4️⃣ Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
- Proposal Development
- Clinical Operations
- Feasibility
- Contracts & Legal
- Finance Teams
5️⃣ Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory standards, and internal policies
- Maintain quality control of all budget development processes

Qualifications & Skills Required
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
