Key Responsibilities
As an International Business Development Executive, you will:
- Develop and generate new business leads and clients across international markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with global customers as the main contact point.
- Conduct market research, monitor trends, and identify new opportunities.
- Set up client meetings, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions.
- Negotiate deals, handle objections, and close business agreements.
- Participate in international exhibitions and conferences.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client forecasts, quotations, and invoices.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team for social media, SEO, and promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned business targets efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Requirements:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA (Marketing or International Business preferred)
Experience:
- 1–3 years as a Business Development Executive in international markets (pharma preferred)
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Understanding of global marketing techniques and export documentation
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
- Self-motivated, fast learner, and results-oriented mindset
