As part of the Danaher IP Intelligence Team, you’ll collaborate with scientists, patent counsel, and business strategists across the company’s world-class life science platforms.

As an IP Intelligence Analyst, your work will involve:

- Conducting patent searches, IP landscapes, and competitive intelligence analysis for life science and bioprocessing technologies.
- Supporting freedom-to-operate (FTO) and patentability searches to guide new product development and R&D strategies.
- Analyzing competitor patent portfolios using specialized databases and tools to identify technology trends.
- Assisting in M&A due diligence, innovation scouting, and portfolio assessment to uncover business-critical IP insights.
- Maintaining an internal IP knowledge database for continuous learning and strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you should have:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Genomic Science, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Biomedical, or Bioprocessing.
- 1–2 years of experience in intellectual property research or analytics.
- Strong skills in patent databases, FTO analysis, and competitive technology intelligence.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work across multidisciplinary scientific domains with a keen eye for innovation.
