Intas is hiring across various levels (Officer, Senior Officer, Executive, Research Associate, Sr. Research Associate) in the following areas:
- Engineering: Instrumentation / QMS / Plant Maintenance / Qualification (21 CFR) – Experience: 03 to 10 Years
- Analytical Development – Formulation: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc – Experience: 03 to 08 Years
- Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate: Process Development (MS & T / OSD / Parenteral) – Experience: 02 to 06 Years
- Officer / Senior Officer / Executive: Senior Executive – IPQA / QSD / QMS / Documentation / Qualification and Validation – Experience: 02 to 07 Years
- Officer / Senior Officer / Executive: Microbiology (Qc / Microbiology) – Experience: 02 to 07 Years

Roles & Responsibilities
Depending on the department, key responsibilities include:
- Handling formulation development, process optimization, and scale-up for OSD, Injectables, and Parenteral products.
- Performing analytical method development, validation, and stability studies.
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP, 21 CFR, and regulatory requirements in QA/QC operations.
- Conducting IPQA, documentation, qualification/validation, and investigations.
- Managing instrumentation, plant maintenance, and QMS activities.
- Microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and sterility assurance.
Candidates with experience in regulated facilities (USFDA/MHRA/EU approved) will have an advantage.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc, B.Sc, Diploma in relevant fields.
- Experience: Ranging from 01 to 12 years, as specified per role.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP norms, regulatory guidelines, and laboratory safety.
- Relevant functional experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, R&D, or quality functions.

- Entry-level Officer roles: ₹3-6 Lakhs per annum
