- Quality Control – Microbiology Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology) Experience: 2–5 Years (BET & Environmental Monitoring related activities and documentation)
- Quality Control – Microbiology (Reviewer & LIMS) Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology) Experience: 6–8 Years
- Quality Control – RM/PM Qualification: M.Sc (Organic Chemistry) Experience: 2–8 Years
- Quality Control – IPQC (Biotech/Injectables) Qualification: M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech (Analytical / Biotechnology / Biochemistry) Experience: 2–8 Years
- Quality Control – Biochemical (Biotech) Qualification: M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech (Biotechnology / Biochemistry) Experience: 2–8 Years (Plasma Testing)
- Quality Assurance – IPQA (Biotech/Injectables) Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm Experience: 2–8 Years
Roles & Responsibilities
As an Executive or Sr. Executive in these departments, your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing microbiological testing, bacterial endotoxin testing (BET), environmental monitoring, and related documentation.
- Reviewing quality control data, managing LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conducting analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Handling IPQC activities for biotech and injectable products, including plasma testing and biochemical assays.
- Executing in-process quality assurance (IPQA) tasks, such as line clearances, batch record reviews, and deviation handling.
- Maintaining GMP compliance, preparing reports, and supporting audits.
These roles involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and safety throughout the manufacturing process.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant postgraduate or technical qualification as specified for each position.
- 2–8 years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech setup, preferably in quality control or assurance.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP, USP, EP).
- Excellent documentation skills and familiarity with tools like LIMS.
- Preference for candidates with proven expertise in biotech/pharma processes.
