Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Research Associate – DPD, you will support development projects under senior guidance. Expected responsibilities include:
- Assisting in drug product development (DPD) activities.
- Conducting experiments, documentation, and analysis as per SOPs.
- Maintaining lab instruments, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Supporting formulation trials and data compilation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.
- Participating in technical discussions, problem-solving, and process optimization.

Qualifications Required
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Biotech / Biochemistry / Life Sciences)

- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of relevant industry exposure

Preferred candidates should bring:
- Basic understanding of formulation development, DPD workflows, or biotech R&D
- Familiarity with analytical tools and documentation practices
- Ability to work in a regulated environment (USFDA, EMA, MHRA standards)
Compensation
A realistic salary range for this entry-level R&D role:
INR 3.0 – 4.2 LPA, depending on qualifications and performance.
