Job Responsibilities

As a Research Scientist specializing in Downstream Processing (DSP) for plasma products, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Intas’ research and development efforts. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing downstream processing of plasma products to ensure high-quality output.
  • Operating chromatography steps and ultrafiltration/diafiltration (UF/DF) for protein purification.
  • Managing pilot-scale batches to generate products for stability studies.
  • Preparing critical documentation, including R&D Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Technology Transfer Documents (TTD), and other reports.
  • Maintaining accurate records of raw data from R&D experiments at lab and pilot scales.
  • Implementing innovative strategies to enhance existing plasma product processes.
  • Calibrating equipment used in downstream processing to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

To excel in this Research Scientist role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: M.Sc, B.Tech, or M.Tech in Biotechnology or a related field.
