Job Responsibilities
As a Bio-Bulk Manufacturing Executive/Sr. Executive, you will:
- Operate and manage large-scale bioreactors (single-use, wave, perfusion) for upstream (USP) processes or chromatography operations and TFF systems for downstream (DSP) processes.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and maintain aseptic techniques during biosimilar production.
- Conduct filter integrity testing, continuous centrifugation, and nanofiltration to support high-quality manufacturing.
- Utilize advanced data analytics tools (e.g., JMP, SIMCA) for process optimization and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global audits (EMA, FDA, ROW).
- Perform risk assessments and root cause analysis to maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should have:
- Education: M.Sc, B.Tech, or M.Tech in Bioprocess, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Chemistry.
- Experience: 1-8 years in biosimilar manufacturing, with hands-on expertise in large-scale bioreactors, chromatography, or TFF systems.
