Job Responsibilities
Engineering (Instrumentation / Process / Equipment Maintenance)
- Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation, process, and equipment systems.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP norms and laboratory safety standards.
- Support regulatory-approved facility operations with minimal downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of critical equipment.
Quality Assurance (IPQA Injectable / OSD / Documentation)
- Perform in-process quality assurance (IPQA) for injectable and OSD products.
- Prepare and review documentation to meet regulatory standards.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP and quality control protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality audits.
Microbiology
- Conduct microbiological testing and environmental monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in sterile and non-sterile areas.
- Analyze samples and maintain accurate records per cGMP norms.
- Support validation and qualification activities in the microbiology lab.
OSD Manufacturing & Packing
- Operate and monitor OSD manufacturing and packing equipment.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Perform batch record documentation and maintain cGMP standards.
- Assist in process optimization and packaging operations.
Qualifications
- Engineering: BE / B.Tech with 3-10 years of experience in instrumentation, process, or equipment maintenance.
- Quality Assurance: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Sc with 2-9 years in IPQA (injectable/OSD) or documentation.
- Microbiology: M.Sc / B.Sc (Microbiology) with 2-7 years in microbiological testing.
- OSD Manufacturing & Packing: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Diploma with 1-5 years in OSD manufacturing or packing.
- Thorough knowledge of cGMP norms and laboratory safety is mandatory.
- Experience in regulatory-approved facilities is preferred.
