Job Responsibilities
Injectable – Manufacturing & Packing
- Operate and monitor injectable production processes to ensure compliance with GMP standards.
- Perform packing operations with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a sterile production environment.
- Document production activities and report deviations promptly.
Quality Assurance (Validation, IPQA, QMS, Documentation)
- Conduct validation and qualification of equipment and processes.
- Perform in-process quality assurance checks for injectables.
- Manage Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for audits and inspections.
Engineering (Instrumentation, Plant Maintenance, QMS)
- Maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment and instrumentation systems.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Support QMS implementation in engineering processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Injectable – Manufacturing & Packing:
- Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc, B.Sc, or Diploma in relevant fields.
- Experience: 1–6 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or packing.
- Quality Assurance:
- Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc.
- Experience: 2–9 years in validation, IPQA, QMS, or documentation.
- Engineering:
- Qualification: B.E or B.Tech in Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related fields.
- Experience: 3–10 years in plant maintenance or instrumentation.
