As an Insights & Innovation Strategist at BMS, you will:

- Design, test, and implement analytics tools, templates, and AI/ML solutions.
- Conduct portfolio-level analytics to guide planning and operational decision-making.
- Contribute to resource analytics including forecasting, scenario modeling, and capacity planning.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality outputs using I&I standards and toolkits.
- Collaborate with IT, GDO, and Clinical teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Drive adoption of tools and methods across TAIP Trial Delivery teams.
- Contribute to the I&I innovation pipeline, piloting new approaches and surfacing unmet needs.
- Apply critical thinking to complex data to generate evidence-based recommendations.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Advanced degree preferred (MSc, MPH, PharmD, PhD, MBA).
- Experience: 2 – 5 years in analytics, consulting, clinical research, or operations.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with BI tools (PowerBI, Python, R) is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
