Key Responsibilities

As a Stability Coordinator at Innoxel Lifesciences, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and stability of pharmaceutical products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and Executing Stability Studies: Plan and conduct stability studies for drug substances, products, and raw materials in line with ICH guidelines (Q1A-Q1F) and cGMP standards.
  • Database Management: Maintain the stability program database, ensuring accurate sample tracking, data entry, and scheduling of time-point pulls.
  • Collaboration with QC Labs: Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) teams to ensure timely testing of stability samples.
  • Protocol and Report Generation: Draft and review stability protocols, summaries, and reports to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring Storage Conditions: Oversee temperature and humidity controls in stability chambers, addressing any excursions or deviations promptly.
  • Investigating OOS/OOT Results: Work with Quality Assurance (QA) and QC teams to investigate Out of Specification (OOS) or Out of Trend (OOT) results.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete records of all stability-related activities to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Education: B.Pharm degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in stability, QA, or QC roles within a USFDA-approved injectable plant.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of ICH guidelines (Q1A-Q1F) and cGMP standards.
    • Proficiency in stability study design and execution.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for OOS/OOT investigations.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
    • Attention to detail and proficiency in documentation.
